KOTA KINABALU, Nov 9 (Bernama) -- Any party seeking to cooperate with Pakatan Harapan (PH) in the Sabah state election or in forming a government must uphold good governance, eradicate corruption and remain committed to championing the people's welfare, said PH chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
