KOTA BHARU, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Thirteen individuals, aged between 26 and 67, are on remand for four days from today for allegedly participating in an unlawful assembly outside Istana Negeri, Kubang Kerian here yesterday.
The remand order, which expires this Saturday, was issued by Magistrate Imran Rais Hamid.
The police are investigating the case under Section 143 of the Penal Code for participating in an unlawful assembly.
