2. HO CHI MINH EXPO CENTRE CONSTRUCTION BACK ON TRACK - - VIETNAM EXPRESS
Construction of the RM146 million (US$33 million) Ho Chi Minh City Planning Exhibition Center stalled for years has resumed. Launched in 2013 and earmarked for completion in 2015, the project stopped in 2019 due to disputes over material quality between the builders.
