All clients will receive prompt, friendly, and fair and equitable service in line with the New Malaysia.
A customer complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.
Complaint on news reporting error will be rectified within 1 hour.
The interest and welfare of BERNAMA staff and stakeholders will always be preserved.
Supervisory Council
A five-member Supervisory Council appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is created to ensure that BERNAMA is always guided by the provision of the Act in implementing its objectives. (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2025)
