KUALA LUMPUR, March 22 (Bernama) -- Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil officiated the Starvendors KL Mega Raya Fest 2025 at the KL Base Exhibition Centre (KLBEC), Sungai Besi, late tonight.
The 80-hour non-stop festival has been going on since Thursday and will end this Monday.
In his speech, Fahmi said he had discussed several matters with the organisers to enliven the festival. Earlier, he also spent time visiting the bazaar and interacting with traders and visitors, as well as watching performances from Aisha Retno and Agy.
Also present were National Film Development Corporation of Malaysia (Finas) Chief Executive Officer Datuk Azmir Saifuddin Mutalib and Starvendors Founder and Managing Director Datuk Ifa Raziah.
The Starvendors Carnival this time took place at the new venue with indoor sales operating 24 hours a day, among others, offering Raya clothes, beauty items, Raya cakes and home decorations, while the outdoor area that houses food operated from 3pm to 6am.
More than 50 artists and influencers participated in the festival as vendors including Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza and Vanidah Imran.
