EXP REALTY UNVEILS INNOVATIVE CO-SPONSOR PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE COLLABORATIVE AGENT GROWTH

KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- World’s largest independent real estate brokerage and the core subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc, eXp Realty has introduced its transformative Co-Sponsor Program.

This bold initiative is set to transform how agents and commercial advisors collaborate, lead, and build wealth together at eXp, according to eXp Realty in a statement.

eXp Realty Chief Executive Officer, Leo Pareja said the Co-Sponsor Program is more than an onboarding enhancement; it is a strategic unlock for agent growth and organisational scale.

“By enabling experienced leaders to support agents outside their organisation, we are empowering more builders to rise, more agents to succeed, and ultimately expanding our global agent base faster than ever,” he said.

In a first for the company, new agents and advisors joining eXp will now have the option to select both a Primary Sponsor and a Co-Sponsor, providing them with access to two leaders instead of just one.

This shift enhances leadership support, accelerates onboarding, and fosters greater knowledge sharing. The move is part of eXp's broader strategy to fuel agent growth, scale organisations, and deepen the collaborative culture driving the company’s expansion.

Set to launch on May 1, the Co-Sponsor Program enhances the agent experience without altering the existing sponsorship structure. Primary Sponsors will continue to earn levels two to seven revenue share, FLQA qualifications, and stock awards.

Meanwhile, Co-Sponsors will support agents beyond their personal downline and will be eligible to receive a level one revenue share and a Fast Start bonus (50 per cent of the revenue share during the agent’s first year), where applicable.

This Co-Sponsor Program marks a pivotal evolution in the way agents and advisors at eXp support one another and scale their businesses. A Co-Sponsor Toolkit, complete with training, tools, and templates, is now available to help agents fully leverage this initiative.
