TH Properties, Affin Bank Sign MoU To Offer Financing Solutions For Young Homebuyers

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 24 (Bernama) -- TH Properties Sdn Bhd signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Affin Bank Bhd to roll out financing solutions to bridge the homeownership gap for young graduates, homebuyers, and property investors. 

The strategic partnership offers the Affin Home Step Fast/-i financing for young graduates, first-time homebuyers, young buyers, and investors, while the Affinita Home Financing Programme supports women with financing above RM500,000 via the Affin Invikta Premier Banking and exclusive perks from nearly 100 merchants.

The MoU was signed by TH Properties group chief executive officer Mohd Ismadi Ishak and Affin Bank executive director of group community banking Mohammad Fairuz Mohd Radi.

Mohd Ismadi said the collaboration covered properties in TH Properties' flagship developments, including Kota Semarak in Kuala Lumpur and two other development projects, Bandar Enstek and Warisan Puteri 2, in Negeri Sembilan.

"Our products (property projects) cover a wide range, from families to the young generations, so this collaboration fits well into our target market.

“In terms of the flexibility and financing, it fits into the level of affordability or the targeted market," he told a press conference after the signing ceremony yesterday.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Fairuz said the company believed that innovative financing solutions such as the Affin Home Step Fast/-i and the Affinita Home Financing Programme would provide flexible and tailored options for young professionals, property investors, and a broader range of homebuyers.
