KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 (Bernama) -- Xenco Medical has been recognised once again as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2025 by Fast Company Magazine.
According to a statement, this marks the second time the pioneering medical technology company has received this prestigious honour, following their previous recognition in 2023.
The annual list highlights companies leading in transformative technology, and Xenco Medical stands out for its groundbreaking work in surgical implants and instrument design.
Xenco Medical founder and chief executive officer, Jason Haider, expressed gratitude for the recognition, emphasising the company's commitment to improving healthcare through interdisciplinary innovation.
Meanwhile, Fast Company editor-in-chief, Brendan Vaughan praised the selected companies for their meaningful use of artificial intelligence (AI), customer-focused strategies, and bold industry innovations.
A trailblazer in its application of materials science to surgical implant and instrument design, Xenco Medical’s breakthrough portfolio includes biomimetic implants, regenerative biomaterials, and composite polymer surgical instruments.
Additionally, the company has revolutionised healthcare with innovative software technologies, from post-surgical remote therapeutic monitoring to preoperative holographic surgical simulation.
A key part of Xenco’s approach is the TrabeculeX Continuum technology, which enhances patient recovery by combining regenerative biomaterials with AI-driven rehabilitation exercises. This integrated system supports both the surgical and post-surgical phases of recovery, allowing surgeons to remotely monitor patient progress using AI-powered assessments.
Fast Company acknowledged Xenco's impact, stating that this year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations. The 2025 list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies was announced on March 18, with an awards ceremony set for June 5 at the Javits Center in New York City.
