Omnissa Revamped Partner Programme To Boost Growth, Innovation In Digital Workspaces

KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Bernama) -- Digital work platform company, Omnissa has introduced the Omnissa Partner Program, a restructured initiative designed to accelerate partner growth, simplify the path to success, and streamline collaboration with the company.

Developed with direct partner input, the revamped programme features a simplified three-tier system alongside a performance-based progression framework, enhanced incentives and rewards, and specialised support tailored to each partner's business needs, according to a statement.

Omnissa head of revenue and senior vice president of global sales, Kevin Norlin, shared that the company is focused on building a partner ecosystem that fosters growth, innovation, and expanded opportunities for mutual customers.

“This new framework provides more ways for partners to differentiate themselves in the market, increase profitability, and help customers achieve the vision of an autonomous workspace that is smart, seamless, and secure,” he said.

The Omnissa Partner Program is designed to simplify engagement with the company, enabling partners to scale their digital workspace solutions and innovate with fewer barriers. It offers targeted training, resources, and incentives aimed at ensuring partner success.

The programme features three simplified partner levels—Platinum, Gold, and Silver—allowing partners to easily monitor their progress and access valuable benefits. It also provides flexibility through three business models—reseller, service provider, and technology partner—giving partners more options to cater to diverse customer needs and strategies.

Partners will benefit from financial incentives, including increased margins, joint account team access, and training funds. A points-based rewards system is also in place to recognise partner achievements across transactions and service delivery, ensuring a balanced approach to business growth.

To further support partners, Omnissa offers specialised training and certifications for its core products, such as Workspace ONE and Horizon, equipping partners with the expertise to close deals and expand their service offerings.

Additionally, an intuitive dashboard will soon be available, providing partners with real-time insights into their performance, making it easier to track progress and uncover new growth opportunities.
