KUALA LUMPUR, April 11 (Bernama) -- IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) is celebrating its 30th anniversary in Johor with the launch of its “30 Years Together” campaign, offering property seekers exclusive deals and a chance to win luxury goods, home appliances and a grand holiday package covering up to 30 international destinations with the purchase of selected properties, starting from April 1.

Its Southern Region property segment chief operating officer Lim Beng Yeang said as the company reflects on three decades of mutual trust and collaboration, it also looks forward to many more years of partnership and prosperity.

“To commemorate this momentous occasion, we launched our 30 Years Together campaign to reward our customers with the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime getaway around the world,” he said in a statement.

According to Lim, under the campaign, property seekers will be rewarded with exciting incentives for participating in IOIPG projects across Johor.

These include renovation subsidies of up to RM30,000, three-time lucky spin chances, rebates of up to two per cent, free furniture and electrical appliances for selected projects, and business grants of up to RM300,000 for selected commercial products.

He added that all purchasers of selected residential, commercial, and industrial (factory units only) properties who book a unit during the campaign period and complete the sale before June 30, 2025, will be eligible to participate in the campaign’s monthly lucky draws.

“Prizes include fabulous luxury goods and electrical appliances. The Grand Prize, to be determined by a Grand Draw in July 2025, will see one lucky winner walk away with travel packages for two, eligible for up to 30 international destinations,” Lim added.

He noted that IOIPG first ventured into Johor with its flagship development Bandar Putra Kulai in 1995, which remains its largest signature township in the state.

“Spanning 5,680 acres with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM10 billion, it was followed by Bandar IOI Segamat in 1996, comprising 495 acres in the first phase, subsequently expanding to 607 acres.

“To date, the group has about 5,065 acres of landbank remaining in Johor. Over time, these developments grew into mature, thriving and self-sustaining townships, thanks to their strategic location, good connectivity and comprehensive master plans,” Lim said.

Meanwhile, its head of group sales and marketing, and branding Nicole Lee said Johor is a compelling destination for regional investment due to its strategic location, robust infrastructure and economic growth, particularly with the formation of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ).

“The JS-EZ is designed to attract high-value investments and job creation across diverse sectors like medicine, pharmaceuticals, aviation, logistics, education, financial services, energy, and the digital economy.

“From exclusive landed homes to serviced apartments, shop offices and industrial factory units, our Southern portfolio offers a comprehensive range of properties for every need,” she added.
