KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 1 (Bernama) -- Trident Digital Tech Pte Ltd (Trident), a Singapore-based leader in digital transformation and Web 3.0 activation, has announced a strategic partnership with OutDrive GP Inc, an innovator in immersive sim racing, to deliver a high-impact fan experience at Grand Prix Season Singapore 2025 (GPSS 2025).
The high-energy activation, powered by OutDrive GP, will take place at Clarke Quay Fountain Square from Sept 29 to Oct 3, in conjunction with the annual motorsport festivities.
According to a statement, the collaboration is among 16 new programme partnerships announced by the Singapore Tourism Board for GPSS 2025, aimed at enhancing fan engagement and visibility during the premier racing season.
Trident founder, chairman and chief executive officer, Soon Huat Lim said the company is pleased to collaborate with OutDrive GP to bring cutting-edge sim racing experiences to Singapore.
“The GPSS 2025 promises to bring superb experiences, and we are excited to support this key campaign,” said Lim.
Meanwhile, OutDrive GP founder, Ashwant Venkatram said the company’s vision is to bring sim racing to the masses, giving fans the opportunity to compete in high-level events and interact with professional drivers.
“We partner with governments during Formula One Grand Prix weeks to engage fans across the city. Tridentity is a key partner in authenticating participants and enabling personalised experiences,” he said.
The GPSS Apex League will feature a public sim racing tournament on Sept 30 and Oct 1, leading up to a Finals and Exhibition Race on Oct 2. The finale will see professional drivers, top sim racers and key opinion leaders competing head-to-head.
Trident will promote the league through its Tridentity ecosystem, driving public registrations via its digital platforms and app. It will also integrate event details to reach motorsport enthusiasts and casual fans.
