eXp Realty Launches UK Commercial Arm, Disrupts US$10 Bln Market

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- eXp Realty, the world’s largest independent real estate brokerage, has launched eXp UK Commercial, marking a major move into Britain’s booming commercial property sector.

This expansion makes eXp the first agent-powered platform in the United Kingdom (UK) to unify residential and commercial services under one scalable model—a game-changer in a traditionally siloed industry.

Its International Expansion Leader for Europe, Adam Day said the UK commercial market, long dominated by legacy firms, is now open to self-employed agents seeking more autonomy and global reach.

“It is a US$10 billion opportunity hiding in plain sight,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, eXp UK Commercial Head, Rob Jones said: “This changes what it means to be a commercial agent in the UK. It is time agents built their own business—not someone else’s.”

The launch taps into a market forecast to hit GBP 8.1 billion (US$10.2 billion) in revenue by 2025, with over 50 per cent growth in the past decade (IBISWorld). Yet many agents remain bound by outdated models. (US$1=RM4.21)

eXp UK Commercial offers agents access to office, retail, industrial, land, and mixed-use deals; targeted training, marketing and operational support; and a lucrative commission structure of 70 to 100 per cent agent retention.
