KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- eM Client, a modern email platform designed for productivity, has announced the general availability of its mobile app for iOS and Android, bringing its full productivity suite to mobile devices.
The app integrates email, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes into one seamless experience, introducing built-in artificial intelligence (AI) assistance to help users compose and reply to emails faster.
eM Client chief executive officer, Michal Bürger said the app delivers the same trusted desktop experience, optimised for mobile use, allowing users to communicate and stay productive while on the move.
“With eM Client Mobile, people can finally stop juggling multiple apps just to stay organised,” he said in a statement.
The new mobile app combines several features aimed at improving workflow efficiency. Users can manage calendars, contacts, tasks and notes within a single app, receive real-time meeting notifications, and access integrated contact history for calls, messages and attachments.
AI-powered tools allow users to compose drafts, translate text, proofread messages, and generate custom replies, bringing desktop-level smart assistance to mobile devices. These features are designed to streamline communication and ensure context-aware, polished email exchanges.
The app also features a tablet-optimised user interface (UI) for Android and iPad, with adjustable panels, flexible list sorting and font adjustments to enhance readability and navigation.
Embedding AI into mobile workflows aligns with growing global adoption of AI productivity tools, which are projected to expand significantly through 2030 and beyond.
The eM Client mobile app is now available globally for download on iOS and Android. Existing users will receive automatic updates, while new users can set up accounts easily through QR-based import or automatic detection.
Earlier this year, the company introduced eM Client 10.3, featuring UI improvements and new tools such as Profiles and Account Groups, while its 2024 acquisition of Postbox Inc, a United States-based email application company, expanded its reach and strengthened its focus on user productivity.
