KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 (Bernama) -- Huayan Robotics will showcase a new wave of collaborative automation technologies at the International Robot Exhibition (iREX) 2025, taking place Dec 3 to 6 under the theme "Sustainable Societies Through Robotics".
According to a statement, Huayan Robotics chief executive officer, Guangneng Wang will attend iREX 2025 for technical exchanges and partner discussions.
“We are excited to demonstrate our latest innovations and explore global partnerships. Our participation highlights Huayan Robotics's strong commitment to international presence and to building a smarter manufacturing ecosystem,” Wang said.
An innovator in collaborative robotics, Huayan Robotics will highlight advancements in heavy-payload performance, ultra-high-speed motion, intelligent welding, and precision automation in Tokyo Big Sight’s West Hall.
Making its first overseas appearance, the S50 Heavy Payload Robot delivers a 50-kilogramme payload, 2,000-millimetre reach, and palletising speeds of up to 13 cycles per minute, targeting logistics, warehousing, and food & beverage operations.
The Elfin High-Speed Cobot will debut globally with motion performance 1.5 times faster for high-frequency applications such as sorting, loading, and unloading, enhancing both agility and operational consistency.
The company will also detail its intelligent welding solution built on the E10-Pro cobot, featuring drag-teaching, real-time seam tracking, and automatic deviation correction for rapid deployment across automotive, shipbuilding, hardware, and structural steel sectors.
A high-precision vision inspection system co-developed with KEYENCE will be presented, capturing multidimensional data in 0.2 seconds to meet stringent quality-control needs.
Additional demonstrations in high-torque screwdriving and high-speed loading and unloading underscore the company’s focus on heavy payloads, ultra-high speed, high precision, and flexible deployment.
