KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 8 (Bernama) -- Vantris Energy Bhd share price jumped as much as 10.39 per cent in early trade today after securing two work orders for the transportation and installation (T&I) of offshore facilities from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd worth RM1.4 billion.
As at 10.05 am, the integrated oil and gas services company rose four sen to 42.5 sen, with 6.49 million shares traded.
Vantris Energy had secured the work orders through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd, comprising the provision of T&I for offshore facilities at the Sepat Integrated Redevelopment Project and the Belud South Greenfield Development Project.
It said both work orders are expected to commence in the first quarter of calendar year 2026, with the Belud South scope’s completion expected by the fourth quarter of 2027 and the Sepat scope by the third quarter of 2029.
