PU Prime Secures UAE Capital Market Authority Licence

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 (Bernama) -- PU Prime, a global multi-asset broker group, has received regulatory approval for its Dubai-based entity from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), marking a key milestone in the group’s international expansion.

In a statement, the company said the licence, issued under PU Prime Financial Services LLC, authorises it to conduct regulated introduction and promotion activities within the UAE.

PU Prime Head of Category, Ali Afzaal said the UAE represents a strategic market for the group and that the new regulatory status reflects its commitment to supporting the development of a robust and well-governed financial ecosystem.

He added that clients trading with licensed entities within the PU Prime group can expect high standards of integrity, transparency and professional conduct.

The approval strengthens PU Prime’s regional presence and reinforces its focus on providing a secure and transparent trading environment for investors.

The group currently holds licences and regulatory approvals in several other jurisdictions, including from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius.

PU Prime said the UAE authorisation forms part of its broader global strategy, with plans to expand its regional footprint, organise investor education initiatives and promote financial literacy across the wider financial markets.
