POLICE APPEAL FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE MISSING TEEN IN SUNGAI BULOH

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 (Bernama) -- Police have issued an appeal for public assistance to locate a missing 17-year-old boy reported missing yesterday evening.

Sungai Buloh police chief, Supt Mohd Hafiz Muhammad Nor, confirmed that a report concerning Hazqil Hajid Ahmad Hamdan was lodged by his mother at 6.38 pm yesterday following his failure to return home.

The missing youth is described as approximately 183 centimetres tall, weighing 77 kg, with short, straight black hair.

"He was last seen at Jalan SP 3/9, Sri Pristana, Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh. At the time, he was wearing a dark blue police cadet t-shirt and black track pants," said the Supt in a statement today.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sgt Norsamsila Daud at 017-870 1889 or to notify the nearest police station.
