PETALING JAYA, Dec 14 (Bernama) -- Sunway Theme Parks is set to spread the holiday cheer with an unforgettable Christmas celebration at two locations: Captain Quack Land in Sunway Lagoon, Selangor, and Sunway Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh, Perak. The festivities will run from Dec 6 to 31, between 6.30 pm and 11 pm.
Executive Director of Sunway Theme Parks, Calvin Ho, said both parks will be transformed into magical Christmas wonderlands, featuring dazzling performances, exciting activities, and festive decorations for visitors of all ages.

With sparkling lights, a festive atmosphere, and thrilling attractions, Captain Quack Land promises an unforgettable experience for everyone.” he said.
"A special highlight will be the Christmas celebration on Dec 24 and 25, culminating in the World’s Largest Musical Fireworks at both parks, " he told the media at the launch of Captain Quack’s Christmas Housewarming Party held at Sunway Lagoon last night.
He also shared details of a new attraction, Captain’s Theatre, where visitors can enjoy captivating shows with nautical and submarine themes.
Visitors to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun this Christmas season can look forward to capturing #AwesomeMoments with the charismatic Captain Quack at Lady’s Avenue in Sunway Lagoon. They can explore up to 100 unique Captain Quack statues, each with its own distinct style, personality, and charm.
"Guests can also indulge in a feast of Malaysian favourites and international delights at Captain's Diner or enjoy lighter bites in a cozy Christmas ambiance at Captain’s Pier. For thrill-seekers, Sunway Lagoon offers rock climbing challenges and the fun of collecting unique toys from Gashapon capsule vending machines," he said.
Ho added that both Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun will spread the joy of giving every Friday through Sunday with enchanting giveaways and surprises.
