KUALA LUMPUR, March 5 (Bernama) -- Boehringer Ingelheim Malaysia has again been recognised as a 'Top Employer' in the Malaysian market for the seventh consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute, scoring high in leadership and individual career development.
The biopharmaceutical company in a statement said the 2025 certification underscores the company's commitment to an exceptional work environment that prioritises career development and employee wellbeing, citing comprehensive leadership training offers, played a significant part in this.
It said Boehringer’s employer offerings continue to score high, particularly in the categories “Steer” and “Develop”, while the company’s internal Leadership Academy recognises the value of leadership development for a positive and thriving work environment.
“It is one example how Boehringer helps create a shared understanding of leadership and offers targeted training for different leadership roles,” the company said.
