He said that while technology continues to transform the tools and pace of communication, the empathy, intuition and integrity of professionals remain irreplaceable.

"Artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and the metaverse have revolutionised our tools and timelines, yet one truth endures: technology informs; humanity transforms. The empathy, intuition, and integrity of PR professionals remain irreplaceable. While algorithms may analyse, only people connect. It is this enduring truth that shapes this year's theme: 'Connections'," he said in his oepning speech during the event, here tonight.
