TIKTOK SHOP INTRODUCES A VIP LOYALTY PROGRAM OFFERING UP TO RM1,000 IN ADDITIONAL SAVINGS FOR MALAYSIANS AHEAD OF 12.12 SALE

KUALA LUMPUR, 11 Dec (Bernama) – TikTok Shop continues to strengthen its full-funnel e-commerce ecosystem ahead of this year's 12.12 Year-End Sale by introducing a new loyalty program that offers up to RM1,000 in savings to better support Malaysian online shoppers and accelerate growth of local MSMEs. 

 

Officially known as TikTok Shop VIP, the loyalty program will appear for customers who meet the eligibility requirement of at least four monthly orders in the past two months. Eligibility is based on the total number of checkouts, with no minimum spend required.

 

The TikTok Shop VIP icon will appear at the top of the homepage of the Shop Tab for eligible shoppers to subscribe to the loyalty program and enjoy a range of extra savings, including Free Shipping, Bonus Cashback, Product Discount vouchers, and more. Eligibility for the loyalty program will refresh at the beginning of each month.

 

These benefits complement the wide range of promotions available throughout the TikTok Shop 12.12 Year-End Sale, where Malaysians can enjoy LIVE giveaways of up to 50% off, stackable vouchers of up to 30% off, daily RM10 clearance deals, and exciting offers from both local and international brands.

 

As part of TikTok Shop's ongoing commitment to enhancing user trust and experience, the TikTok PayLater payment option has also received official certification from Afsha Shariah Advisory, confirming its full Shariah compliance. 

 

This provides approved users the option to manage their budget flexibly when purchasing the essentials they need through Shariah-compliant installments of up to 12 months, based on respective users' personalised spending limits and affordability assessments.
