ANCASA HOTEL KL INTRODUCES TWO HERITAGE-THEMED CONCEPTS FOR 2026 RAMADAN BUFFET

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 (Bernama) -- Ahead of the arrival of Ramadan in mid-February, AnCasa Hotel Kuala Lumpur is introducing its 2026 Ramadan Buffet, featuring two special heritage-themed concepts - Warisan AnCasa at Saffron Brasserie and Warisan Peranakan at Madam Zee.

Senior vice president of the Hospitality Division at AnCasa Hotels & Resorts, Shah Azam Khan Noor Mohammad, said that this year’s Ramadan buffet concept was carefully curated to offer guests a more meaningful and memorable dining experience.

“This year, we are offering a more distinctive Ramadan buffet experience by introducing two heritage-themed concepts - Warisan AnCasa and Warisan Peranakan - as a tribute to the cultural diversity and authentic flavours that define AnCasa Hotels & Resorts,” he said in a statement today.

According to him, the Warisan AnCasa Ramadan buffet at Saffron Brasserie features a wide selection of traditional Malay dishes inspired by village recipes and nostalgic flavours, making it suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

More than 100 signature dishes will tempt every palate, including Nasi Lemuni, Ayam Rendang Daun Maman, Daging Kandar, Ikan Kari Kampung, Sambal Udang Petai, Sayur Jantung Pisang Lemak Putih, Gulai Kawah Kambing, Kambing Bakar, Ikan Bakar and Sup Gear Box Kambing, as well as special desserts such as Apam Balik AnCasa.

“This buffet is also enriched with popular Pakistani dishes such as Bathura, Panni Puri, Dhall Tarka and Ayam Madras,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Warisan Peranakan Ramadan buffet at Madam Zee showcases the richness of Nyonya cuisine, prepared based on traditional recipes steeped in cultural heritage and authentic flavours.

Among the main offerings are Kari Kepala Ikan Nyonya, Ketam Masak Cili, Masak Lemak Udang Galah Sungai, Nyonya Itik Sio, and Sayur Goreng Belacan Empat Raja Melaka, as well as traditional ‘kuih’ such as Kuih Gading Galoh, Kuih Ku Merah, Pulut Tekan, Koci Pulut Hitam, Kuih Dadar, Tapai Pulut and Pengat Manis.

For early bookings, the Warisan AnCasa buffet voucher is priced at RM88 nett per person, while the Warisan Peranakan buffet is offered at RM98 nett per person, with the promotion valid for purchases made before Feb 1, 2026.

The regular price for the Warisan AnCasa buffet is RM98 nett per adult, while the Warisan Peranakan buffet is priced at RM118 nett per adult.

For both buffet concepts, senior citizens aged 60 and above are charged RM78 nett per person, while children aged six to 12 are charged RM58 nett per person.
