JOBSTORE'S TOP EMPLOYER AWARDS 2025 HONOUR HR AND LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 (Bernama) -- The Top Employer Awards 2025, organised by Jobstore, honours employers and Human Resource (HR) leaders who have demonstrated excellence in cultivating a positive workplace culture, driving innovation and ensuring their organisations' long-term success.

Held on Nov 27, the ceremony spotlighted exceptional achievements in leadership and HR management while also recognising those who continue to set the highest standards in Malaysia's professional landscape.

In a statement, Jobstore noted that the awards celebrated outstanding organisations across diverse sectors, including SMEs (small and medium enterprises), private enterprises, public listed companies, the public service, and multinational corporations.

“The Top Employer Awards 2025 is more than just a ceremony. It serves as a platform to connect, exchange experiences, and honour the dedication, innovation and excellence of Malaysia’s leading employers,” the statement read.

The awards highlighted top-performing employers, teams, companies and individuals in their respective fields across six main categories and 24 sub-categories.

The award categories recognised excellence in key areas, including Top Employer of the Year, Best Workplace, Graduate Choice, HR Team of the Year, and individual accolades for CEO of the Year and HR Leaders of the Year.

The ceremony opened with a welcome address by MyCareerFair chief executive officer Daniel Chong, who highlighted the importance of acknowledging outstanding achievements and dedication in leadership and HR management.

Recipients of the prestigious Top Employer of the Year award included Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, AirAsia, Watsons Malaysia, Boost, Yayasan Pahang, CelcomDigi Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, Segi Value Holdings Sdn Bhd, IJM Corporation Berhad, and the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS).
