TAWAU, Dec 13 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) will organise 269 series of the Back-to-School MADANI Rahmah Sales Programme (PJRM) 2026 nationwide from Dec 20 to Jan 11.
Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali said a total of 174 supermarkets, shopping malls and clothing stores will participate in the programme, which will be conducted both on- and off-premises.
“The programme will run throughout the school holidays, during which consumers can purchase school necessities at discounts of between 10 and 30 per cent below current market prices.
“Between 45 and 80 stock keeping units (SKUs) will be offered, including school uniforms, shoes, bags and stationery,” he said in a statement today.
He said the public can refer to the PJRM calendar via https://www.kpdn.gov.my/ms/jualan-rahmah to obtain information on the dates and locations of the back-to-school programme.
Meanwhile, Armizan said the MADANI government has allocated RM300 million under Budget 2026 for the implementation of the Payung RAHMAH initiative, including the organisation of PJRM nationwide.
He added that KPDN will continue to strengthen the implementation of PJRM, including expanding delivery methods and target groups.
