CRUDE FUTURES SETTLE HIGHER

NEW YORK, Jan 21 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- Oil prices climbed on Tuesday, reported Xinhua.

The West Texas Intermediate for February delivery added US$0.90, or 1.51 per cent, to settle at US$60.34 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Brent crude for March delivery gained US$0.98, or 1.53 per cent, to settle at US$64.92 a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
