KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds affecting five states until 6 pm today.
MetMalaysia, in a statement, said thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are expected in Perak (Kinta, Kampar and Batang Padang) and Rompin, Pahang.
The same warning has also been issued for Negeri Sembilan (Seremban) and Johor (Tangkak, Segamat, Muar, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Kulai and Johor Bahru).
In Sarawak, the areas involved are Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Mukah (Daro and Matu), Kapit (Song), Bintulu (Tatau and Sebauh), Miri and Limbang.
