KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE) 2025 — the Malaysian Timber Council’s (MTC) flagship international trade show, has wrapped up on a resounding high, achieving record-breaking sales, unprecedented global participation, and a renewed industry-wide drive towards sustainability and regulatory readiness.
Held from 10 –11 November 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), the two-day Expo attracted more than 1,900 trade visitors and featured 127 exhibitors from 19 countries, including China, Germany, Austria, Uruguay, and Thailand. The strong turnout reaffirmed MWE’s role as a premier global platform for timber trade, innovation, and policy dialogue.
