KIOXIA AISAQ™ TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATED INTO MILVUS VECTOR DATABASE

TOKYO, Dec 17 (Bernama) -- Kioxia Corporation today announced that its KIOXIA AiSAQ™, which is Approximate Nearest Neighbor Search (ANNS) software technology has been integrated into the open-source vector database Milvus beginning with version 2.6.4. With this integration, Milvus users can take full advantage of KIOXIA AiSAQ™ SSD-optimized vector search capabilities, providing developers and enterprises with a practical, cost-efficient path to scaling AI applications without facing the difficulty of scaling DRAM memory size typically associated with large-scale vector search.
