KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 13 (Bernama) -- Three Myanmar men plead not guilty at the Sessions Court today to charges of owning the official Immigration Department and Myanmar Embassy stamps to forge documents.
Ko Ko Lay@Rafiq, 54, Kyaw Swar Lin, 30, and Aung Paing Oo, 22, are charged with owning the stamps to forge documents as stated under Section 467 of the Penal Code at a residential unit in Jalan Kepong, near here at 9 pm, Nov 20, 2025.
The charges are submitted under Section 472 of the Penal Code and read together with Section 34 of the same code. The prosecution is being conducted by deputy public prosecutor M Saravanan while the accused are represented by lawyer Ammanjeet Singh.
Judge Mazuliana Abdul Rashid set Feb 16 for case remention.
