In hospitality, early bookings for hotels near the Grand Mosque have surged while occupancy rates are expected to rise sharply as Umrah performers and other visitors arrive.
Transportation and logistics services are also increasing, with authorities enhancing traffic management and access to the Holy Kaabah.
Health and safety measures are being reinforced to ensure food quality and public safety during this peak season.
The Holy Makkah Municipality has stepped up inspections in markets and shops to enforce health regulations, with teams actively monitoring food outlets and kitchens.
Cooperation from citizens in reporting issues is crucial for maintaining public health standards.
