KUALA LUMPUR, March 13 (Bernama) -- National squash ace Ng Eain Yow’s 2026 Australian Open campaign came to an end at the quarter-final stage in Brisbane tonight.
World number 19 Eain Yow, the fifth seed, went down fighting 7-11, 11-9, 8-11, 5-11 to Egypt's rising star Mohamad Zakaria,18, at the South Bank Piazza.
The result marks 28-year-old Eain Yow's third consecutive loss to Mohamad, who made history as the youngest-ever World Junior champion at the age of 16.
