KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 (Bernama) -- Tickets for the much-anticipated clash between English Premier League (EPL) giants Manchester United and the ASEAN All-Stars at the National Stadium, Bukit Jalil on May 28 are expected to sell out fast, as general sales are set to open at 11 am tomorrow.
Organiser ShekhinahPR advised fans to act quickly to purchase the tickets, available at www.myticketempire.com from RM50 to RM1,500, following strong early access demand and overwhelming interest from across the region.
“Malaysia, this is your moment. Don’t miss the chance to witness Manchester United live at Bukit Jalil. Be part of the occasion — get your tickets and make history together,” the organiser said in a statement today.
The 13-time EPL champions last played in Malaysia in their 2009 pre-season tour, defeating the Malaysian XI twice at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.
Manchester United is also slated to travel to Hong Kong as part of their pre-season tour to play against the Hong Kong national team at the Hong Kong Stadium on May 30, afterwhich they will face Leeds United in Stockholm on July 19 before heading to the US as part of the Premier League’s Summer Series against West Ham United (July 26), Bournemouth (July 30) and Everton (Aug 3).
