INDONESIA 

1. INDONESIA GRANTS EID AL-FITR REMISSIONS TO 155,908 INMATES -- ANTARA

The Ministry of Immigration and Corrections has granted Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri remissions to 155,908 inmates across Indonesia.

 

2. PRESIDENT PRABOWO GREETS THOUSANDS AT EID AL-FITR OPEN HOUSE GATHERING -- ANTARA

President Prabowo Subianto greeted, shook hands with, and embraced members of the public attending an open house event in celebration of the Eid al-Fitr at the Presidential Palace here on Saturday.

1. MORE LNG IMPORTS ARRIVE TO MEET DEMAND -- THE GLOBAL NEW LIGHT OF MYANMAR 

The arrival of the MT Dapeng Princess tanker,  with 33,800 tonnes of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at Thilawa Port in Yangon, will boost the supply of gas. LNG is needed to support power plants in Yangon.
