LABUAN, April 14 (Bernama) -- Labuan Golf Club president Arthur Kong has made a notable return to the helm after being elected unopposed as president for the 2025–2026 term during the club’s polls last night.
Kong, who previously led the club for 12 consecutive years, returned after a four-year hiatus following calls from members .to head the club again.
In his acceptance speech, Kong expressed his deep appreciation for the trust placed in him and pledged to give his full dedication to leading the club once again.
Also elected unopposed was Disis Manuk, who takes up the position of golf secretary.
Joining Kong in the new leadership line-up are deputy president Ismanto Isnanthomo, club secretary Christina Tambakau,treasurer Noris Bointin and golf captain Lim Foo Ann.
