KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 (Bernama) -- Toluna, the global insights leader, has announced expanded availability of its industry-leading synthetic personas, now covering 15 markets and nine languages, providing access to thousands more clients worldwide.
With over one million unique personas created, the company is redefining artificial intelligence (AI)-driven research, empowering brands to test ideas, claims, messages, and products at unprecedented scale and speed.
“Brands want speed and scale without sacrificing quality and trust. Our personas combine human individuality with AI speed, giving decision-ready intelligence in hours rather than weeks. This is the future of insights—available today,” said its chief executive officer, Frédéric-Charles Petit.
In a statement, Petit added that the rollout is part of Toluna’s multi-year AI strategy, with new synthetic-persona-driven solutions and self-serve capabilities in development.
Available on the Toluna Start platform, these on-demand personas replicate real human respondents—complete with detailed demographics, psychographics, and behavioural traits. Each is generated in real time to match exact sampling needs and can deliver consistent, human-like responses across studies.
Unlike tools that replicate “average” segment responses, Toluna’s personas are built from first-party data drawn from its 79 million-member global community, ensuring realistic individuality. They can react to dynamic content, such as TV or digital ads, and express emotional and rational responses, providing brands with richer, higher-fidelity insights.
Toluna’s expanded coverage includes the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, Italy, and France, with Spain, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand launching soon—marking the start of what the company calls a “beyond-limits era” in research.
