HYCU, VSTECS Partner To Expand Data Protection In Southeast Asia

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 22 (Bernama) -- HYCU Inc, a provider of modern data protection solutions, has entered into a distribution partnership with VSTECS, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading information and communications technology (ICT) distributors.

Under the agreement, VSTECS becomes HYCU’s regional distributor across key Southeast Asian markets, expanding access to the award-winning HYCU R-Cloud Platform through a network of more than 50,000 channel partners.

According to HYCU in a statement, VSTECS will play a key role in extending HYCU’s unified, zero-infrastructure approach to data protection to enterprise customers across Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.

“As organisations across Asia continue to adopt cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) services at a record pace, the need for simple, secure, and scalable data protection has never been more urgent.

Meanwhile, VSTECS Group CEO ASEAN, William Ong said the company is proud to be appointed as HYCU’s regional distributor, noting that HYCU’s approach to SaaS and multi-cloud data protection aligns well with the needs of its partners and customers.

With the addition of HYCU to its portfolio, VSTECS further strengthens its position as a digital transformation enabler, supporting enterprise customers’ growing requirements for ransomware protection, regulatory compliance and business continuity.

The distribution agreement expands the availability of HYCU R-Cloud across Southeast Asia, offering customers a data protection platform purpose-built for hybrid, cloud and SaaS environments.
