ANDALUSIA INTRODUCES JIMBA CAMPAIGN, TARGETS 1 MILLION MUSLIMS

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 31 (Bernama) -- Andalusia Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is aiming for the participation of 1 million Muslims for 52 prizes throughout 2025 under the platform jimba.com.my that was launched today.

Its director and legal advisor Ida Riswana Idris said the JIMBA campaign was aimed to introduce Andalusia widely and to foster closer ties with the Muslim community at large.

“The JIMBA platform offers lucky draw prices totalling RM500,000, including umrah packages, gold bars and the main prize of a BYD Sealion 7 car.

“Those who sign up stand a chance to win a prize every week through a lucky draw according to rotation at 60 Andalusia branches,” she told reporters after the launch of the JIMBA campaign and the umrah season 1447H / 2025-2026 here today, in the presence of Andalusia Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd executive chairman Datuk Md Daud Che Ngah.  

According to Ida Riswana, the results of the lucky draw will be announced live on social media every Friday from 8.30 pm to 10 pm.

“We hope the JIMBA campaign will continue for the next 10 years with a target participation of 10 million Muslims,” she said.

She also shared about the umrah packages available, stating that prices began from RM5,990 and that the packages were more dynamic and fitting to customer’s needs.

Meanwhile, Md Daud said the JIMBA campaign was not merely a lucky draw but aimed to reduce the number of people cheated by umrah scams.

“We don’t want people to be victims of umrah package scammers, and buy packages from unknown companies while they can choose authoritative and licensed companies.

“Don’t compare based on prices as ours are already affordable and our pilgrims have been able to go and return safely all this while,” he added.
