As part of the programme, the Home Ministry will provide the National Registration Department’s Bas Mekar services for identity card applications for children aged 12, replacements and obtain MyKad chip printouts, while the Immigration Department will be offering online passport renewal services.

There will be a Jom Exchange al-Quran initiative for exchanging damaged or uncertified Qurans, along with meet-and-greet sessions with members of the Special Tactical Team and the Tiger Platoon.

Additionally, RTD will operate its Mobile counters to facilitate the renewal of Competent Driving Licences (CDL) and Probationary Driving Licences (PDL), vocational licence renewals (PSV and GDL), private and commercial Motor Vehicle Licences (LKM), and summons checks.

Held under the theme Belia MADANI, Yakin Boleh!, the event promises a wide array of engaging activities for visitors, with exhibition booths, direct government services, interactive sessions with government agencies, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) showcases, a career carnival, MADANI sales and more.

PMR 2025 Johor is being held in conjunction with the state-level National Youth Day celebration, making it a dual-purpose event to amplify the voices and potential of Malaysia’s youth.

Johor is the second stop in this year’s PMR tour series, following Sabah from May 9 - 11, with upcoming events scheduled for Lumut (Perak), Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu), Kota Lama (Kelantan), Nilai (Negeri Sembilan), Baling (Kedah), Jasin (Melaka) and Bintulu (Sarawak).
