PUTRAJAYA, Nov 22 (Bernama) -- Parts of Persiaran Perdana in Presint 2 will be closed in stages from tomorrow (Nov 23) until Dec 10 in conjunction with the Rancakkan MADANI Bersama Malaysiaku programme and the 2025 National Public Service Reform Convention.
According to an official announcement by the organisers on social media, the road closures will affect the area surrounding Dataran Putrajaya.
For the first phase, from tomorrow until Nov 26, only two lanes along Persiaran Perdana will be closed, from the Jalan Kemerdekaan traffic light to the Jalan Pembangunan traffic light.
Meanwhile, the road will be fully closed from 12.01 am on Nov 27 until Dec 10.
“Motorists are advised to exercise caution, reduce their speed and follow the instructions of on-duty officers. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted,” according to the announcement.
The Rancakkan MADANI programme, scheduled from Dec 5 to 7, will showcase the achievements, policy progress and outcomes of the 2025 initiative transparently and directly to the people.
The programme will also serve as a platform to bring the people together with national leaders, including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Cabinet members and top government officials.
