ISTANBUL, March 20 (Bernama-Anadolu) -- Lamborghini reported record financial and delivery results Thursday for 2025, despite a challenging global economic environment marked by geopolitical tensions and market volatility.
The Italian luxury sports car manufacturer said revenue rose 3.3 per cent year-on-year to €3.2 billion (US$3.71 billion), marking the highest in its history and the second consecutive year above the €3 billion threshold, according to Anadolu Ajansi.
Global deliveries also reached an all-time high of 10,747 vehicles, surpassing the 10,000-unit mark for the third consecutive year, underscoring continued strong demand for its high-performance models.
Operating income stood at €768 million, with a profitability margin of 24 per cent, slightly down from the previous year, reflecting pressure from external factors, including unfavorable exchange rate movements and the introduction of US tariffs.
CEO Stephan Winkelmann said the results demonstrated the company’s ability to navigate a complex global environment while maintaining growth and brand strength.
He emphasised a strategy focused on “discipline, long-term vision and product centrality.”
The firm noted that improved product mix and cost control measures helped offset external pressures, while its “Ad Personam” personalisation programme played a key role in revenue generation, with 94 per cent of delivered vehicles featuring at least one customised element.
Lamborghini’s performance was also supported by its fully hybridised lineup, including the Revuelto, Urus SE and Temerario models, reflecting its broader transition toward electrification without compromising performance.
Despite record top-line growth, broader industry challenges, including tariffs and macroeconomic uncertainty, continued to weigh on profitability, highlighting the increasingly complex operating environment for global automakers.
